Born in Osaka, Japan in 1979. While studying at Kyoto University he joined a liquor trade company, which had the biggest deals in Japan at the time. After mastering "NOW-HOW" of alcohol marketing and merchandising, he changed careers to an ad agency dealer, worked as a graphic designer, art director, planner and a producer for over 10 years. Currently working as a independent ad producer, business consultant, and managing consultant for many enterprises.

Born in Los Angeles, CA. Leo has always had a deep interest in Japanese culture since the age of 7. After working in the film industry in Los Angeles, he moved to Tokyo, Japan to pursue his life long dream of living in Japan and continuing his film career there. After he had tasted a SAKE in Japanese restaurant in LA ever, come to being addicted to sake, and now still have much interests and looking for the ideal sake for him in Tokyo.

Born in Kyoto in 1982, and raised as the eldest daughter of a Sake brewer. From her childhood she had been watching the hardship of her dad and mom, waking up at 3 AM and working the whole day. After the unfortunate passing of her father, when she was 14 years old, the brewery was closed. She proceeded to university and specialized in bionic technologies, in order to contribute to the Sake industry. After graduating from her university, she entered an institute, which specializes in yeasts and fermented foods. She simultaneously works as a researcher, Sake Meister and fermentation consultant.
